How to measure

Take your measurements first

Use a soft tape measure and record each figure in centimetres before choosing a size.

cB — Ankle
Measure around the narrowest part of the ankle.
cC — Calf
Measure around the widest part of the calf.
cF — Mid Thigh
Measure around the middle of the thigh.
cG — Upper Thigh
Measure around the upper part of the thigh.

Take measurements in the morning when swelling is at its lowest. Measure directly on the skin for best accuracy.

If you're between sizes or have fuller calves, thighs, or hips, we recommend sizing up for the best fit and comfort.

Our sizing is thoughtfully developed to support a wide range of body shapes, including fuller calves, thighs, and hips — because comfort and compression should never be one-size-fits-all.

Your size, made simpler

Try the interactive guide

VASTEC's Interactive Sizing Guide asks for your measurements and works out your size for you — for thigh highs, knee highs and pantyhose.

Before choosing your size

  • Measure both legs and use the larger measurement. If you are close to the top of a range, the guides recommend choosing the taller length.
  • Compression levels are listed for each product. If a level has been recommended to you, check the product's stated range before ordering.
  • If you have a medical condition affecting your legs or circulation, speak with a healthcare professional before using compression.
  • Unsure between two sizes or between lengths? Email or call us with your measurements and we'll help you decide.
